To grow up in the Barossa Valley was to grow up in a community committed to food and wine, from poaching and preserving, to entertaining and sharing a shluck and a schnitter with friends and visitors.

The experiences that formed my character and philosophy of life were intrinsically connected to the seasons, the growing of vines and farming of game birds, the harvest, the sense of community working together and the celebration when it was all done.

Our leisure time was filled with exploring the valley, yabbying in dams, cooking over bonfires, making music, throwing great parties and generally sharing our lives with other valley larrikins. This is the valley I would like to invite you to share – the beautiful environs, the fantastic artisans that make our food culture so strong, and the sense of hospitality that embraces you in my Barossa.

I have developed a unique range of Barossan experiences based on things that I love, that you can enjoy too. I can customise an afternoon, an evening, a day, a weekend or even longer.
